We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original condition. Please ensure your items are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid any scuffing or damage to the leather outsoles.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots or shoes back in their original packaging, including the flannel shoe bags and any included accessories.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 3-5 business days.
